Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to NDIS participants.
- Monitor, assess, and manage the health conditions of participants.
- Collaborate with other health professionals and service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate participants and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant nursing qualification (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent).
- Experience in the disability or community sector (preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
